The staff always have a smile on thier face some of the nicest pple I've met! Very clean! Been going for 3 months now and I love it! With everything that is included you can't beat it.
Great gym.. it's very convenient and military friendly.. especially for those times you don't want to drive all the way to Base.

Yes I do recommend Core Fitness. It's a great place to work out at and calm. Also have good deals and great atmosphere.

The staff is friendly and helpful, & there is a variety of equipment for all who use the facility. The gym is kept clean, neat and organized. I would highly recommend Core to anyone who is looking for a gym whether they are a beginner or advanced in their fitness journey!
The Core is one the best gyms in the golden triangle and not to mention convenient. The atmosphere is welcoming and well organized. The staff is very personal and professional. My family uses the Core frequently and is extremely satisfied with all that it has to offer.
I have been going to the Core for over 5 years! It is by far the nicest and CLEANEST Gym in town! All of the employees are so easy to work with and can help assist anyone with any machine. There isn’t another gym in the GTA that would even come close to The Core.
I have gone to this gym for years! They have everything that you would need, rather a beginner or someone that has trained for years. Professional atmosphere! Great staff!!! Sauna and tanning included in your membership.
